However, anyone accessing this site agrees that Traverse Hospitality may monitor the site to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations, or governmental requests; (2) to, in its sole discretion, operate the Site in a manner it deems proper or to protect against conduct it deems inappropriate. Traverse Hospitality has the right to terminate or restrict your access to any or all Sites, unilaterally and without notice, in the event you violate any of these Terms of Use. Traverse Hospitality also reserves any and all remedies at law or equity in connection with violation of these Terms of Use.

Any information provided by you to Traverse Hospitality, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Traverse Hospitality shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without limitation.

Additionally, Traverse Hospitality shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such information.

Upon booking your rental you will be charged for the Relax Damage Waiver (the “Plan”) in lieu of a damage security deposit. This Plan covers you for accidental damage which could be caused by you or your invited guests during your rental period up to the limit of the policy. This Plan does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items not covered by the Plan or accidental damage to items whose value exceeds the plan limits. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.

The Plan does not cover damage to or theft of currency, money, collectibles, precious metal, notes or securities; land, water or any other substance in or on land; animals such as livestock or pets; watercraft (including, but not limited to, boats, yachts, jet skis, and similar craft) or vehicles of any kind; or property not owned or controlled by a party other than the owner. The Plan does not cover damages due to smoking, pet damage, or misuse or improper use of appliances, plumbing, or fireplace.

The Plan does not cover losses not caused directly by you or your invitees; losses caused intentionally; losses caused by you or your invitee before or after the expiration of the booking period; any losses caused by acts of nature; losses caused by your excessive use of electricity, gas, fuel, water or other utilities; interruption of business, loss of use or booking income loss; or any unexplained loss of inventory or equipment at the home; losses caused by fraud or other acts of theft or dishonesty; or extra cleaning or deep cleaning required as a result of your stay
