Rental Rates:
Our vacation rental rates are based on a per person occupancy.
A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $200 is
required within 10 days of making your reservation. A payment of 50% is due 30 days after submitting deposit.
The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All reservations under 30 days are subject to state
and local taxes. Call or email us for
rates.
Cancellations:
less than 30 days before check-in will automatically cause the deposit
to be forfeited.
