We are having a FLOOD party in Leadville!
And in the right tradition we must first have a practice party. The practice party is April 1st. $50 per person based on double occupancy. That includes one night stay, breakfast and all the party fixings except BYOB but we will include your floaties. Come on up and have an excuse to be crazy.

The real FLOOD party will be Friday June 13th.
That includes 2 nights/ 2 breakfasts and all the party fixings again BYOB, and we’ll have floaties and swim caps for you. That is $99 per person based on double occupancy. Let’s just have fun.

“SO, You have always wanted to be an INNKEEPER”
Here is your opportunity to try before you buy. Come up in June or July for 2 weeks and be trained, then we’ll let you run the Inn for a month either in September and October when the weather is great. If you decide you want an INN, we’ll either sell you ours or find you one in the state of Colorado. It will only be the price of a great vacation and if it’s not for you, then you won’t be stuck. Or maybe you just want to try it and see if that’s how you want to retire. Give us a call and we negotiate the cost and details.
